burglary, petty theft, grand theft, vandalism and
crimes that our residents can be aware of and do

i.e. crime prevention; crimes that residents can
address with target

hardening. Target hardening is
the traditional approach to crime prevention and
security. The idea behind target hardening

make it more difficult for
people to
commit crimes and take advantage of crimes of opportunity.
