The subject in the picture has been
identified and is in HBPD custody.
He is identified as 23 year old Rudy
District of Wilmington. He is currently
in HBPD custody on a charge of 664/187
PC- Attempted murder, and 182
PC-Conspiracy. He is being held on
$1,000,000 bail.

Synopsis:
Original Press Release: On July 21, 2009
at about 1:30am, several subjects were
removed from Baja Sharkeez (52 Pier
Plaza) by bar security because they
caused a disturbance inside. Moments
later, a fist fight broke out in front
of Baja Sharkeez involving two of those
same subjects. The fist fight was
between the above stated victim and
suspect. During the fist fight, the
suspect produced a knife and stabbed the
victim multiple times in the upper
body/chest area. The suspect was last
seen fleeing the area on foot.
Responding officers checked the area for
the suspect, but were unable to locate
him.
The victim was ultimately transported to
an area hospital by Hermosa Beach
Fire/Paramedics, where he is listed in
stable condition. The victim's name is
being withheld to protect his safety.
Hermosa Beach Police Investigators have
identified this man as a person of
interest in the incident. Anyone with
information identifying this man is
encouraged to call Detective Frilot at

remain anonymous and leave a message if
