Dear HBNW Block Captain,

If you're interested in helping out with the Emergency Preparedness Awareness Campaign and you haven't already signed up to help please consider coming down to HB City Hall any time after 9:00 A.M. on Saturday March 20 to pick up packets of information for your neighborhood. Most of the remaining HBNW neighborhoods are small enough to walk in less than an hour. We have packets and instructions waiting for you at City Hall if you would like to participate. The walk does not have to be completed on Saturday. Interested HBNW block captains have until Wednesday March 24 to complete their neighborhoods. 

Let me know if you can help out on this important one-of-a-kind effort to better prepare the residents of HB to survive a major disaster.
