Please avoid PCH from Artesia Blvd. to Aviation Blvd. and Ardmore between 21st Street and Pier Avenue for at least 4 hours.  

A water pipe burst between Ardmore and PCH on 16th has caused many problems to utilities, dirt in the storm drains, collapse in sidewalk and street.

Please avoid this area and let your family and other residents know to use alternate routes.
