On Friday, 08-22-08 at approximately 11:40 AM a
female was putting groceries in her vehicle in
the parking lot at Vons 715 Pier Avenue. She was
approached by a white male 50 years, who put a
knife to her back and ordered her in her
vehicle. The female got in her vehicle and other
people arrived getting into their vehicle
nearby. The suspect was scared off and left the
area in an older model silver Honda sedan with
possible California license plate 3POZ281. The
suspect drove through the lot and out of sight.
