Today at 4:18 PM in the 1400 block of Manhattan Avenue a black male approached a Hispanic male pointed a small automatic and demanded money. The Victim refused and the suspect continued to threaten the Victim. The Victim still refused and punched the suspect in the face. The Victim sustained a cut on his forehead when the suspect struck hum on the head. The suspect ran to a bright red Nissan with blue and white paper plates and fled north on Manhattan Ave. The suspect is a male black 20's approximately 6-02 thin build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and basketball pants. There was no loss.
